Synopsis for the far southern california coast..At 1 am, a 992 mb low was over the nevada utah state line with a frontal boundary extending to the southwest over the southern california bight, and a 1029 mb high was about 1,460 miles west of point conception. Isolated light showers this morning will end by early afternoon. Strong and gusty west to northwest winds through this evening will generate hazardous boating conditions, especially in the outer waters. Weaker onshore flow with a coastal eddy follows for Monday through Wednesday.
